Dashboard is now a movable space

Mission Control has been around in OS X ever since Lion launched in 2011. Alongside other features, it combined what used to be called Exposé and virtual desktops (Applespeak: Spaces) for the first time. Dashboard, a separate place for widgets in OS X, used to be locked to the left side of all your virtual desktops. Until now.

In OS X 10.9 Mavericks, you are finally able to move around Dashboard as if it were any other Space. Put it between two of your Spaces or to the right side. It doesn’t matter.

This one took a while, but let’s just be glad it’s here now.
